Loose toilet flange
Hello all,
After remove the toilet because it was wobbling, I find what looks to be the original flange that was solder to the down pile sitting on top of a toilet flange spacer.
Please let me know what would be the right repair to do to secure the toilet and prevent it from moving.

I can't quite tell what the drain pipe construction is.
Is it lead ?
The metal toilet flange needs to be bolted down to the floor..... typically using Tapcon fasteners or lead shields and stainless steel screws.
