Bathroom Faucet Leak

I need replacement cartridges for a bathroom sink which has a drip that will obviously become worse. Pulled them out, hoping to find some identifying mark or code. Nothing.
Are these things usually standard? Photos of the faucet and cartridge. . .

That isn't a cartridge, that is a stem. It would help tremendously if the manufacturer of the faucet was known, but barring that, I would go to an old time True Value hardware store that has an established plumbing repair department. They might be able to match up the old stems to new ones. Here's another option for you.

Thanks for the clarification. I visited a local plumbing supply store yesterday and he located a pair of replacement stems for me. Done deal. Thank you.
