Holes/Peeling in shower caulking
As you can see in the pictures, I've noticed holes and peeling in my shower caulking where the wall tile meets the shower base. The house is just under a year old, so I think it might be just from settling. I'm assuming I need to fix this to avoid water damage? If so, what do I need to do?

Cut as much of the caulking out as you can with a utility knife or linoleum knife, being careful not to scratch the surfaces (protect the with painters tape if you have to) then clean the surfaces with denatured alcohol. Once you are sure it's clean and dry, recaulk.

Up to you, but I'd probably go to the tile aisle and look for a grey unsanded grout caulk that will match your walls. They are usually mold resistant, stays pliable, is pretty easy to cut out and redo even years later.
