kitchen faucet issue

Hi All,

Have a Pfister Price kitchen faucet. I noticed that the hand sprayer has hardly any water pressure and has a very low amount of spray coming out of it. I have cleaned the nozzle itself and took it off and still not much coming out of flex line. I have heard of there being a diverter inside that I am leaning to. When you spray the water stops coming out of the actual faucet and out the nozzle. Whn you let off the trigger of the nozzle the water starts coming out the faucet not smoothly but there is like a water hammer effect that occurs a couple times over a second or two then there is full flow smoothly. Does this sound like it could be the issue. If so can they be cleaned or should I just look at getting a new one. Thx

Call Price Pfister and tell the m what faucet you have. They are very good about sending replacement parts for free. If you don't know model # tell them as much as you know about faucet and usually they can identify it.
