Dripping Stop Check Valve of Moen shower valve

I did my own basement a few years ago including a shower. After completing the shower/ bath plumbing I noticed a small drip on the stop check valve (one drip every few minutes). It surprisingly stopped by itself and I haven't had any issues since. My valve was a moen shower valve. Today, I did some modification to the temperature control. I shut off those valves while workng on it. When I turned them back on, they both started dripping although one appears to have stopped. Assuming this other side stops by itself too, should I be worried they are going to start back up even though I had 2-3 years where it stopped? Otherwise how do i fix this? It appears to be integral to the valve. Thank you!

Yes, I would be concerned. Leaks rarely fix themselves but they (leaks) are good at starting on their own. Call Moen tech support and they should send you the parts for free.
