Peel and stick vinyl tile
Hi,
I bought http://low.es/1M3Y8Pz for a 450sq ft basement. It's going on new 23/32 in. 4 ft. x 8 ft. T&G Premium Subflooring-486701 - The Home Depot
Do I need extra adhesive or primer or what do u recommend as the review for the tile is 1* to 5* and I want it to go well.

Welcome to the forums! First peel and stick will soon be unstuck and peel from the floor. Secondly you don't want to lay down any wood on top of concrete. Have you performed a moisture test of the concrete, yet? Have you considered ceramic tile as an alternative?

Have to agree 110%.
Start by telling us what you did from the slab up.
Just that subflooring on top of a slab floor is never going to work.
Glued down floor never should be installed over just OSB.

Larry, we may have to agree to disagree here.
I put down quiet a bit of peal and stick for customers and never had a call back. I have peel and stick in my own house that I put down in the 70's that is still there.
I did encounter a customer installation had talked the customer into using adhesive with peel and stick. A total disaster. The glue on the tile apparently chemically reacted to the adhesive that was put down forming a stickey mess that never set. Totally salvageable situation. Had to scrape and clean the floor (concrete).

Sure. Did you install it on Advantech or directly on slab. You are in Texas so most of yours would be directly on slab, right? If there is slab moisture and it ekes through the wood, the peel and stick would loosen. I have installed it on good 1/4" finish grade plywood, stapled down with good results, but not on concrete.
