need to remove drylok product

Mistakenly used Drylok extreme on floor. Didn't realize that the extreme version won't hold up under foot traffic. We plan to put a LVT on top of the floor. How can we remove the Drylok extreme now, safely? Or, should we go ahead, install floor, and check it over time (by removing the floor in areas) hoping it will slough off? Not looking forward to the issue of toxic dust flying around the house in an effort to remove the drylok and not even sure any contractor would do this job for us.

I've only used Dryylok on walls. It's formulated to soak deep into the masonry so I suspect it would be a bear to remove. I suspect, but don't know that there won't be a problem covering it up [where wear is no longer a factor]
