Flooring options for 3 season playroom.
Hello,
Looking for flooring options for 3 season play room that does not have heat or ac in it. Would like to put in LVT, but worried about extremes in temperature being an issue. Could it be glued and clicked together to avoid expansion and contraction issues? Carpet is definitely out as well as tile. My kids are 8 and 5 so tile is out. The room is insulated, has 8 windows, and a door to the outside and a door to the main house. It is up on footers and has a new 3/4'' T & G subfloor glued and screwed over the old one with roxul batts and plywood sheets under that to keep any critters out as well as drafts. Walls have roxul in them as well as the ceiling. Room has gotten pretty warm since it is getting in the 90's here in SE PA. Drywall was just installed a couple of weeks ago so I am interested to see how this winter goes with temperature changes.
Thanks,
Steve
