How to fix laminate floor?
My laminated floor is slightly coming off. Are there ways that I can fix it?

Can I just insert some wood glue underneath this thing and put some weight on it? Would wood glue work?

Couldn't tell from the pic, is it delaminating or just separating from the adjoining piece?

It looks like your laminate locking joints have failed. Wood glue is your best bet, like titebond II.
Be patient pushing the wood glue into the joint, you can use a toothpick and an artists brush.
After applying the glue, try to kick/nudge the boards together and tape the joint until glue dries.
If you can't kick the boards together you can try to cut out some of the locking joint with a sharp utility knife and see if that closes the joint a little.
The locking joint is hindering rather than helping and it needs removed.

Thank you all for the responses. Any suggestion on how to get glue underneath this thing? I don't think tooth pick will be much help. I was thinking about a syringe with a needle....but I don't know where I can get a glue syringe so I can squeeze underneath the coming off part.

Your local veterinarian is a good source for those kind of syringes. Plastic tips you can cut to size like a caulking tip.
