Schluter profile in shower

I was thinking of using the RONDEC profile in the shower/steam rm.Because the profile is rounded I was wonder if steam would get int the rondec. Meaning the curved part might retain water from the steam,

If water or steam can get in there then yes, water could collect. Keep in mind that it is not part of the water/vapor proof barrier of your steam shower. If used vertically and enough water collects it will run down to the bottom but the inside of the curve will still remain wet, possibly a good spot for mildew to thrive but it will be out of sight until it emerges at the edge which might be difficult to clean.
