Potential water problem?

We moved into this house about two years ago. 1920 brick twin plaster and lath. About 45 minutes west of Philadelphia so you have idea of climate. This is our third floor an attic converted into a finished space. All drywalled with bat insulation paper facing the drywall. I've noticed what seems to be moisture stains on the drywall and sinking screws that AREN'T soft. Just wondering if it might be a vapor barrie issue or there is a leak somewhere. There is a ridge vent with baffles running to it behind the bats. And our inspection prior to purchase came back clean. I've attached a few pictures if anyone could give me an idea before I have someone come in and look at it.

Could be that you are getting frost inside the walls or remaining attic space. Is it happening equally on all walls or only some of them? (North, south, east, west)
