floor joists question

I was in my basement taking a looking up at the ceiling/floor-joists that our under my living room. A few of the joists directly over the I-beam look a little bent or cracked. I haven't noticed any issue upstairs (saggy floors, etc.). Is this an issue? Should they be reinforced or bent back in some way? Should I bolt another piece of wood up against it or try to clamp this to the other joint somehow?

thanks in advance,

Must be an older house there is actual plywood on the floors.

Dimensional wood warps, nothing can be done, if you have no issues your good!

I agree, unless there is some deflection in the floor above it's unlikely there is a problem. If you tried to screw or bolt the joists shown you'd likely cause them to crack.
