Exclamation Wall and Tile Covering a Window

I am moving in to a new home in a week and while I was looking at outside of the home I discovered that there was a window in the bathroom that had been covered up by a sheet of drywall and then tiled up to look nice on the inside.

What I'd like to do is first take remove the tile and drywall and then replace the window of try to salvage it if I can.

Questions...

How can I removed the tile and drywall without harming the window?

Can the window be salvaged? If so, how?

Unless you are removing all the tile on that whole wall, the bigger question is what you will do to patch the tile in around the window. (Matching the tile) Might be impossible. Saving the window is likely easy... remove the drywall.
