Warm showers at best!

I have a tankless system. Our shower does not stay hot. We have to turn it up all the way after about 2 minutes and that only lasts about 30 seconds then itís like warm at best. Itís a symmons valve. I replaced the spindle and that did not do the trick. Any suggestions?

How long have you had a tankless ? If you have hard water the heating elements will get covered with deposits and stop heating up.

Did it previously stay hot or has the tankless always been unable to keep up?

Hi, Do you have the same problem with your sinks? If not, then it could be the shower valve or shower head. If the sinks get cool then check your heating device.

The OP hasn't been back in 3 days so it must not be a huge deal. It sounds to me, however, like lack of maintenance. High maintenance is just one reason I do not want a tankless water heater.
