Question about twin tank ph neutralizing systems

We have Enpress 1040 and 1054 tanks with Fleck model 5600 heads. The 1054 has a screw access port for refilling the media for maintenance. The 1040 does not have a screw port. I assume we need to refill both tanks with calcium media on a maintenance cycle. How do I maintain the 1040?

And what makes you think that both are neut systems?

The one with the dome hole could very well be the neut tank, but the other could be iron media or carbon.

Depending on the type of Enpress tank used there are some that have the dist tube attached at the bottom and then there are some that do not.

Do either of them have some thing like Vortech?

And the main question still stands , what makes them both neut tanks? one I understand could be with the dome hole, the other is a question with out paper work stating what was used in either of them.
Vortech can be used with any media that would be used.
