Repair of metal sign board
I have come into ownership of this large metal reader board. (Approx 2'x3') I plan to make it into a jewelry display for my wife to use at craft fairs and jewelry shows.
My issue is with the corners, which, as you can see, are crunched. I am hoping to find someone who can direct me to replacement parts for the corner pieces or help me come up with a good way to cover/repair them myself.. The board has no name or model number on it, but appears to look like a "Quartet" brand board.
Forgive me for posting this under metalwork, I was unsure where to put this post.

You're probably right with Quartet as they have the market covered with products like that sign board.
Unfortunately I don't think you'll be able to by parts from them like that. I'm not really sure where you could even find extruded aluminum corners. I'm thinking you may have to make them from fiberglass with tape and resin.

That is a proprietary aluminum extrusion and cast corners. If you can't get replacements from the manufacturer you'll have to get creative. Sheet metal can be cut and screwed into the extrusion to reinforce the corner. Then whittle an attractive cover for the corner out of wood or try something like epoxy putty (JB Weld).

I'd probably mask off the edges and put a blob of bondo on the corners... shape the rounded corner, then sand the corners down until they look acceptable.
