Parts for a well pump...

I have recently discovered that the 2" poly pipe which had a galvanized "king nipple" connecting the poly pipe to the pump has broken off.

The pump motor is a Franklin Electric 1HP 230V single phase model #2145081216.

The pump is a Grundfos 25S10-7 (25GPM).

I need to find parts for this pump...specifically, the top of the pump where the "king nipple" screws in. I believe it's called a "1.25 inch discharge head".

Per the Franklin Water web site, it appears this part is discontinued.

Where else should I look?

I'm also thinking that I need some sort of "pump rebuild kit" to ensure that all is well with the pump itself.

I have to tell you.... your brave to try and rebuild the pump unless you have a lot of experience. That's no easy job.

Looks like a tough fitting to find.
This one is unplated steel.... part # KRN1612

On a re-read.... your looking for the hose fitting or the top of the pump ?
If Frankin shows it discontinued..... it's going to be near impossible to find.

So, you have a 1-1/4" female thread needing to go into a 2" insert coupling for poly? I would try a place like
Get it to a 1-1/2" NPT thread with a 2" brass insert coupling, then a brass coupling that reduces it to 1-1/4", then a short brass 1-1/4" nipple...

BTW - I'd get the extra long insert coupling...more clamps, the better I
