Best drain

I have a sump in the house that I need to run the effluent to the outside of the house. It's water and about 30 gallons at a time maybe once a week.

I know how to run the pvc out of the house, my question is what is the best way to make it drain? I will bury the pipe about 24" in the ground.

Should I put gravel all through the trench and then use pipe with holes at the bottom so the water drains as it runs out. But what do I use as an end point?

Should I just dig a giant hole and fill it with rock?

Any help appreciated
Thanks

Do you have a pump in your sump or is it a gravity system?

Yes exactly. I have a pump in the house that ejects the water to the outside.

It should discharge to daylight, meaning above ground where the water can flow out freely.
