Cut aluminium beach chair legs
I have small dewalt reciprocating saw used for cutting wood. This time is to cut aluminium legs about 1 inch diameter. Should I replace blade? Is such blade for this metal work?

To cut metal ....especially hollow tubes..... you need to use a fine blade.
The top two are metal blades. 24 TPI (teeth per inch) would be a good choice for your project.
The bottom two are wood blades and are much coarser. The teeth would get stuck in the metal.

Is this just cheap hollow tubing your trying to cut?
If so why not just use a tubing cutter for a straight, burr free cut?

A sawsall will cut it for sure, but it would take two people to hold it still enough to stop all the vibration, leave burrs and not be as straight.
