3 - Wire Crimp Clamps
A lot of import cars use this type of clamp. When it comes to removing them it uses a combination of the screws with the band clamp and having to remove the entire hose like the crimp style clamp. These types of clamps are a pain to get removed. Because they are used on imports typically they are much harder to find. You will see that they do not always work well on cars that are not imports. They are very specific to the type of vehicle that they should be used on. Because they are harder to find and are used on imports they are also generally more expensive. While they work well whenever they are on the right vehicle, you will need to make sure that you have the right type of car for these to work.
Basically what it all comes down to is the type of vehicle that you have and the type of driving that you do. You want to get a heavy-duty type of clamp if you do a lot of hard driving. However, if you are not particularly hard on your car then an average type of clamp could work for you.
