Prepare ½ cup potato flakes, one teaspoon grated ginger, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, two tablespoons olive oil, and one beaten egg. Preheat the oven to about 300oF. Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl. Mix all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix both the wet and dry ingredients together to create dough. Knead the dough until all ingredients are well-blended. Roll it out to about ¼-inch thickness. Cut it to your desired shapes.
