A mild brand of liquid soap
Scrub brush
Clean towel or washcloth

If your home's patio features a bench whose cushions have accumulated a noticeable amount of filth, you should familiarize yourself with the proper method of cleaning patio bench cushions. Fortunately, if you have the proper tools on hand and follow the steps outlined below, your cushions will be clean in no time.

Step 1- Produce Your Cleaning Solution

Before proceeding to clean your patio bench cushions, you need to mix a homemade cleaning solution, of mild liquid soap and warm water, in an empty spray bottle. Once the necessary ingredients have been poured in, securely seal the bottle, then shake it until your solution begins to sud.

Step 2 - Scrub Your Cushions

Having mixed your cleaning solution, spray it onto the dirty patio bench cushions. Once the solution has been applied, use a scrub brush to remove any dirt or debris. Depending on how ingrained the dirt has become, this may require substantial elbow grease.

Step 3 - Rinse and Dry Your Cushions

Now that your bench cushions are nice and clean, use a warm water-filled spray bottle to rinse off any remaining traces of your cleaner. Follow up by thoroughly drying the cushions with a clean towel or washcloth.
