It is time for a revamp because the bathroom countertops are looking outdated. Follow these steps to measure for your bathroom countertops.

Step 1 - Measure Existing Bathroom Countertops

Use a measuring tape to carefully record the height and width of the bathroom countertops. Check 3 times. Draw on the edge with vertical lines and account for the extra space needed for replacement tops.

Step 2- Account for the Surroundings

Add a few inches on each side and plan for fixtures such as the toilet and bathtub. Measure and note the location of the pipes and drain lines. Bathroom countertops generally range between 32.5-inches and 34.5-inches, but the replacement measurements depend on the intentions of the renovator. If it is meant to be replaced by the same type of material in the same place, it will be easy to measure. If the project is an upgrade, the proper dimensions must be recorded for the bathroom countertop to fit into the allotted space.
