Mark the damaged area with several layers of masking tape. Extend the masking tape 1-inch outside the scratched surface.

Use an adhesive that is made with a 2-part epoxy. If you have a standard color solid surface, you may be able to find an adhesive that is the same color as your solid surface countertop

Follow the manufacturer's instructions to apply the adhesive. Wipe away any excess with a razor blade. Work gently to avoid scratch the surface even more. Allow the adhesive to for at least 24 hours.

Step 4 - Apply Sealant

Apply sealant to the countertop according to the manufacturer's instructions. The sealant will maintain the brilliance of the countertop and protect against scratches and chips.
