If your garage door opener's keypad isn't working, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot it.

You should start by checking for frayed wires. You can open the control and look for frayed wiring between the keys. Frayed wires should be detached and then reattached.

Stuck keys could also be the culprit. This is usually caused by dust and grime seeping into the keypad around the keys and can be fixed by cleaning the unit.
