There is nothing better than stepping out of the shower and drying with a heated towel. Here’s how you can have that luxury in your own home.
The easiest warmers to install are plug-in varieties. They may be a storage box or a rack that attaches to the wall. In most cases you just need a few screws, a screwdriver, and an electrical outlet.
Hang a plug-in warmer on a flat surface away. Use a level to hangs it evenly. Once installed, simply plug it in, hang your towels, and wait a few moments for them to be toasty warm. While some models have an on/off switch, others must be unplugged when not in use.
This type of warmer looks much better because it gives your bathroom a more streamlined appearance; however, they can be very expensive and complicated to install. Cut the power and run an electrical source directly through the wall into the area for the warmer.
If you don’t have working knowledge of rewiring electricity, then you should either avoid installing this type of warmer or hire an electrician to install it for you.
There are other varieties of towel warmers available. You can find oil filled racks and models filled with water that heats. All have different installation procedures.
