Liquid Foam Insulation
This type of crawlspace insulation is mostly used when you are filling up cracks, or holes from inside the home. It is not a good insulation for moist areas. However, if you live in a dry climate, liquid foam will be a good option for small spaces.
An easy to use crawlspace insulation are foam panels commonly used on home exteriors. Foam panels hold up well to weather and is easily installed by using staples, nails, or construction adhesive.
The most commonly used crawlspace insulation is the regular pink insulation rolls. Depending on your need, you can get different R-ratings to provide more protection. Pink fiberglass insulation does take a little bit of time to install, but you will see a big difference in the temperature of your floors and home.
This type of insulation is much like the fiberglass insulation, but it is very resistant to weather and small animals are less likely to nest in it.
